About Battle Creek Lights
Battle Creek is made up of a number of individual neighborhoods. Battle Creek Lights brings that larger community together for one Christmas tradition.
Instead of small separate neighborhood contests, residents throughout the area can compete, vote, tour the participating homes, and celebrate Christmas together. One competition, one community, one bright Christmas tradition.
The goal is simple: create something residents look forward to every year, and gradually build Battle Creek Lights into a lasting local Christmas tradition — with winners and recognized homes from each season kept on this site so the history builds over time.
Who organizes it
Battle Creek Lights is organized by neighbors Corbett Campbell and Colbey Webster, with help from local sponsors who cover the signs, awards, and printed materials. The competition itself — and the neighborhoods in it — is the point.
